Privacy notice
Last updated 5 October 2026
This notice explains how NodeCroft & Co LLC (“Nodecroft”, “we”) handles personal data submitted through this website, in particular through the request for an introduction.
1. Who is responsible
NodeCroft & Co LLC is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
- What you tell us in the request form: your name, email address and country of residence; whether you are an investor, an asset originator or an adviser or partner; and, if you choose to provide them, your organization, who introduced you and your message.
- Your choices: your confirmation that you have read this notice, whether you asked to receive our letters, and the language of the page you used.
- Technical data: the date and time of your request. To limit repeated submissions, we also keep, for a short time and separately from your request, a one-way, salted code derived from your network address, which is deleted automatically. We do not store your IP address itself or details of your browser.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential documents through the form. If a conversation requires documents, we will agree a secure channel with you.
3. Why we use it
- To consider your request and contact you about it, on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request before any engagement.
- To send you occasional letters, only if you ask for them. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
- To keep this website secure and to prevent spam and abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- To meet legal obligations, where they apply.
We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell your data.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that host and operate this website on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database) and, where enabled, our email delivery provider.
- Advisers and providers involved in assessing or carrying out a mandate, only where your request requires it, with your knowledge and under confidentiality.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to consider it and to maintain any relationship that follows, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires a longer period. If you withdraw your consent to our letters, we stop sending them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under Brazil’s LGPD, the EU or UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to confirm whether we process your data and to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to receive it in a portable format; to restrict or object to certain uses; and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Brazil, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. The private administration area uses one strictly necessary session cookie for authorized staff, and our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse.
9. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), authenticated and restricted access to the administration area, and data minimization. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
10. Age
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version you accepted is recorded with your request.
